about contributions to the Public Organization
“THE WAY OF PEACE”
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Regulation on contributions to the NGO “WAY OF PEACE” along with the Charter of the Public Organization, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations” and “Public Organization”, is the main document and determines the types, amount, procedure and terms of payment of contributions by members of the Public Organization, establishes the main provisions on responsibility for the lateness and completeness of their payment.
1.2. This Regulation clarifies and supplements the Charter of the Public Organization on membership fees and cannot contradict the Statute of the Public Organization.
1.3. In accordance with the Charter of the Public Organization, members of the Public Organization must pay entrance and membership fees. Entrance fees are paid upon admission to the membership of the organization, membership fees are paid monthly (or quarterly).
1.4. Payment of contributions is an important responsibility of each member of the Public Organization, which confirms his membership and participation in the current activities of the organization.
1.5. Entrance and membership fees are used for financial support of the statutory goals and objectives of the Public Organization.
1.6. Contributions of members of the Public Organization are one of the sources of formation of the property of the Public Organization.
1.7. Contributions received by the Public Organization are distributed by the President of the Public Organization for statutory purposes and objectives in the manner determined by the decision of the Council of the Public Organization.
1.8. The results of the annual receipt of contributions and their expenses are considered at the General Meeting of members of the Public Organization.
1.9. Verification of the correctness of payment of contributions, their accounting and expenses is carried out by the Audit Commission, which is elected by the General Meeting of members of the Public Organization.
2. ENTRY FEE
2.1. The entrance fee is a one-time cash contribution of a legal entity that has expressed a desire to join the Public Organization (hereinafter referred to as the Candidate) when accepting as a member of the Public Organization and is paid once.
2.2. The amount of the entrance fee is determined by the decision of the General Conference of members of the Public Organization and is accepted by a qualified majority of at least 2/3 (two-thirds) of the number of votes participating in the meeting of the General Conference of members of the Public Organization.
2.3. The decision of the General Conference of members of the Public Organization is drawn up by a protocol that amends this Regulation and is posted on the website of the Public Organization.
2.4. The general conference of members of the Public Organization has the right to change the amount of the entrance fee no more than once a calendar year.
2.5. In case of termination of membership in the Public Organization, the entrance fee is not refundable.
3. MEMBERSHIP FEES
3.1. Membership fees are mandatory contributions of members of the Public Organization and are paid with a certain frequency – monthly or quarterly – within the period determined by the decision of the General Conference of members of the Public Organization.
3.2. Monthly membership fees are paid every month during the entire period of membership in the Public Organization in the form of regular membership fees.
3.3. Quarterly membership fees are paid in the first month of each quarter during the entire period of membership in the Public Organization in the form of regular membership fees.
3.4. The size of the monthly membership fee is determined by the decision of the General Conference of members of the Public Organization and is accepted by a qualified majority of at least 2/3 (two-thirds) of the number of votes of the members of the Public Organization participating in the meeting of the General Conference.
3.5. The amount of the quarterly membership fee consists, respectively, of the generalized amount for the three months of the quarter for which membership fees must be made by a member of the Public Organization.
3.6. The decision of the General Conference of members of the Public Organization on determining and changing the amount of membership fees is drawn up by a protocol that amends this Regulation and is posted on the website of the Public Organization.
3.7. At the General Conference of members of the Public Organization, it is possible to change the size of the monthly membership fee no more than once a calendar year.
3.8. The President of the Public Organization is obliged to inform the members of the Public Organization about the changes in the size or date of payment of monthly membership fees to the Public Organization within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of the relevant decision by the General Conference of members of the Public Organization by phone, fax, e-mail and / or by publishing such information on the official website of the Public Organization.
3.9. When accepted as a member of the Public Organization in the billing month, membership fees for this month are paid in full.
3.10. In case of termination of membership in the Public Organization, the monthly membership fee must be paid in full within the specified time frame.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT OF CONTRIBUTIONS
4.1. The amounts of entrance and monthly membership fees are transferred to the current (current) account of the Public Organization.
4.2. Contributions may be paid in cash in the amounts specified in Section 5 of this Regulation.
4.3. It provides for the possibility of membership fees in non-monetary form, namely: through assistance in holding events, conferences, preparing printed materials, providing premises, etc.
4.4. The entrance fee and the primary monthly membership fee are made within ten days from the date of adoption by the General Conference of members of the Public Organization of the decision on admission to the members of the Public Organization. The second and subsequent monthly membership fees are paid by each member of the Public Organization until the 8th day of the month following the current calendar month.
4.5. When leaving the Public Organization, members of the Public Organization do not retain the right to the property transferred by them to the Public Organization. Entrance and monthly (quarterly) membership fees in this case are non-refundable.
5. AMOUNT OF CONTRIBUTIONS
5.1. The entrance fee to the Public Organization is 5000.00 UAH.
5.2. The amount of monthly membership fees of each member of the Public Organization is determined individually, based on the volume of transactions (including value added tax) between the Public Organization and this member of the Public Organization for the current month (hereinafter referred to as the “monthly turnover”).
5.3. Membership fees are paid by members of the Public Organization in the following amounts:

5.4. A member of the Public Organization who does not have a monthly turnover has the right not to pay membership fees for the corresponding month.
5.5. Full access to closed materials on the website of the Public Organization:
5.5.1. A member of the Public Organization who pays monthly membership fees gets full access to the closed materials on the website of the Public Organization.
5.5.2. If a member of the Public Organization is not going to carry out any operations with the Public Organization by the end of the calendar year, but wishes to get full access to the closed materials of the website of the Public Organization, then such a member of the Public Organization is obliged to pay an annual membership fee of UAH 60000.00.
5.5.3. If a non-member of the Public Organization wants to get full access to the closed materials of the website of the Public Organization, then such an organization must first go through the procedure of joining the members of the Public Organization (by paying the entrance fee). Then, having received membership in the Public Organization, pay the annual membership fee.
5.5.4. The annual membership fee is calculated based on the number of calendar months remaining until the end of the calendar year.
5.6. The entrance fee and monthly membership fees are related to the expenses of members of the Public Organization.
5.7. The procedure for drawing up documents for the payment of the entrance fee and monthly (quarterly) membership fees:
5.8.1. After receiving an application from a candidate for a member of the Public Organization and certified copies of registration documents, the President (or his deputy) issues an invoice or sends a corresponding letter for payment of the entrance fee (or entrance fee and membership fee for the current month).
5.8.2. If the entrance fee is paid, and the membership of the candidate for members of the Public Organization was denied, the received funds will be returned within two banking days from the date of the negative decision.
5.8.3. If a member of the Public Organization is going to conduct any operations with the Public Organization, then such a member of the Public Organization is invoiced for the payment of membership fees before the start of these operations.
5.8.4. At the end of the current month, for all members of the Public Organization who conduct any operations with the Public Organization in the current month, acts of work performed are drawn up indicating the actual amount of the monthly membership fee.
5.8.5. Any transactions are suspended with a member of the Public Organization if, at the end of the current quarter, this member of the Public Organization:
- has arrears of payment of membership fees for more than two months;
- has a debt on settlements for conducting a transaction with a Public Organization;
- there are under-issued documents on the operations.
After these obstacles are removed, operations with such a member of the Public Organization are resumed.
6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF OBLIGATIONS TO PAY CONTRIBUTIONS
6.1. A member of a Public Organization who does not perform or improperly fulfills his duties stipulated by this Regulation may be expelled from the Public Organization by the decision of the General Conference of members of the Public Organization, in the manner and on the basis provided for by the legislation of Ukraine and the Statute of the Public Organization.
6.2. The President of the Public Organization is obliged to inform the member of the Public Organization about the expulsion from the members of the Public Organization by train 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of adoption by the General Meeting of members of the Public Organization of the relevant decision by phone, fax, e-mail or publication of such information on the official website of the Public Organization.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The General Meeting of members of the Public Organization has the right to change the amount of monthly membership fees, accepting additions to this Regulation.
7.2. In case of submitting an application for withdrawal from the Public Organization (regardless of the deadline for submitting an application), a member of the Public Organization is obliged to fulfill his property obligations by the end of the financial year.
7.3. Amendments to this Regulation are adopted by a qualified majority of at least two-thirds of the number of votes that take part in the meeting of the General Conference of members of the Public Organization.
7.4. Changes to this Regulation come into force from the moment of the decision at the General Conference of members of the Public Organization. Members of the Public Organization are informed about all changes and additions that are made to this Regulation within 10 (ten) working days from the date of adoption by the General Meeting of members of the Public Organization of the relevant decision by phone, fax, e-mail or publication of such information on the official website of the Public Organization.
7.5. All issues not regulated by this Regulation are regulated in accordance with the Charter and the legislation of Ukraine.
7.6. This Regulation is binding on all members of the Public Organization.
7.7. This Regulation comes into force from the moment of approval at the General Conference of members of the Public Organization.
